Mayor enjoys visit to Pantomime
The mayor of Wirral,
Councillor Moira McLaughlin
spent an evening at The Floral Pavilion earlier this month, enjoying the entertainment provided by
members of the Chrysanthemums Pantomime Society.
Councillor McLaughlin, who was
accompanied by her daughter the mayoress, was presented with flowers
before the show, by some of the younger
performers.
After enjoying the performance of Dick
Whittington, she took time to join the cast and dancers backstage
to pass on her thanks for such an enjoyable evening's
entertainment. She commented that she had really enjoyed the
show and was impressed with the performance.
Councillor McLaughlin also took the time to speak to the
youngest performer, Ella Samuels, who was dancing with the
Chrysanthemums for the first time, at just 4 years old.
